With great sadness we share that Bill Barter passed away July 4, 2024. Bill was the husband of Rhonda, and the father of Shannon Schemmel and Ariel Barter. He was the Brother of Lee, father-in-law of Brian Schemmel and the grandfather of Elise.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 12:30 p.m. at Freeman's Funeral Home, 344 Route 9, North, Manalapan, NJ.
Shiva will be held: Tuesday following the funeral at the home of Aster and Rob Leitner, 12 Bentley Court, Freehold,
Wednesday and Thursday at the home of Rhonda Barter, 9 Mercer Lane, Manalapan, NJ, from 3:00-5:00 and 6:00-8:00 with a shiva minyan at 7:00 p.m. each night.
