The Early Learning Center & Religious School of Temple Shaari Emeth invite you to celebrate with a Chanukah concert with Eric Komar, light lunch and of course latkes! 7085If you have ever become hungry for a delicious Shabbat dinner somewhere around the Aleinu prayer, then the Kabbalat Shabbat service is for you. Experience a new way to celebrate Shabbat at Shaari Emeth. A one-hour service at 6:30 p.m. geared toward involvement of youth and adults, with a fun, interactive study of the week's Torah portion, a story or participation by Religious School students, inspiring singing and guitar music, and an Oneg Shabbat following services with light dinner fare, including delicious wraps and, yes, Black and Whites while they last. First Friday of each month, next Kabbalat Shabbat will be on 10/2/2015. Please join us.

8015YOSHE Seniors 9th through 12th graders - on Monday, 9/28/2015 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. join us in Shaari Emeth's outdoor Sukkah for Chipotle in the Sukkah. 6796Fulfill the mitzvah of eating in the Sukkah by joining us for a vegetarian potluck dinner on Sunday, 9/27/2015 at 4:45 p.m., followed by the Sukkot Family Service at 6:30 p.m. We provide the salads and desserts, you bring your favorite vegetarian, nut-free entree, enough to share, and your own beverages. co juniorsIntroducing our newest YOSHE Youth Group - YOCo! Our new Community Service Program with a TWIST. YOCo Juniors is for 6th-8th graders and is a very elite group focused on Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) with a TWIST (off-premises social events). Join us for a fun and exciting way to better the world and perform great mitzvot that satisfy mitzvah requirements for our Religious School. YOCo will also be providing special leadership development opportunities for 8th graders.
